How to File LKPM on OSS: Preparation, Steps, and Common Mistakes
Filing your LKPM investment report on OSS is not difficult. What causes trouble is the data: investment figures that are not readily available, workforce numbers that differ from payroll, or a report prepared on the last day. New to LKPM? Start with who must report and the latest deadlines.
What to prepare
- Access to your company’s OSS account, your NIB, and the list of registered projects or locations.
- Investment realised in the period, split into fixed capital (land, buildings, machinery, equipment) and working capital, taken from your books.
- Workforce data for Indonesian and foreign employees, matching payroll.
- Production or sales data if the business is operating commercially.
- Notes on any obstacles during the period.
Filing steps
- Log in to oss.go.id with the company account.
- Open Pelaporan (Reporting) and choose Laporan LKPM. Menu names may change as OSS is updated.
- Select the reporting period: quarterly or six-monthly depending on business scale.
- Complete the report for each project with an NIB.
- Double-check cumulative investment and workforce figures.
- Submit and keep proof of submission.
- Monitor verification. Corrections can be made only until the end of the reporting period.
Common mistakes
- Filing on the 15th, leaving no time for corrections.
- Figures that do not trace to your accounts.
- Repeated nil realisation during preparation or construction, which can trigger sanctions after four consecutive periods. Explain delays in the report.
- Missing a project when the company has several locations or project NIBs.
- Workforce figures, especially foreign workers, that differ from payroll and immigration documents.
